Arts Impact Middle School parent involvement policy

Arts IMPACT Middle School (AIMS) is an arts-focused middle school in the Columbus City School district in Columbus, Ohio. It is located minutes from downtown Columbus on the historic Fort Hayes campus and is home to over 500 students.

AIMS has a committed teaching staff who believe that children learn differently. Through the use of arts in academics, students are provided the opportunity to learn in a way that is meaningful to them. The results of this teaching approach are that our students have some of the highest scores test scores in the district.

Additionally, AIMS students are frequently given arts experiences and performance opportunities in the community with chances for interaction with a variety of outstanding artists and performers.

In addition to its visual and performing arts, AIMS has a strong academic program at all grade levels and students have opportunities to get involved in Junior National Honor Society, Math Counts, Chess Club, co-ed soccer and track, girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball and baseball.

For more information or to schedule a tour, please contact AIMS at 614-365-5558.
